Sales Lead Generation Specialist

Full Time Opportunity

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be the champion of CTI Transportation services to prospective clients and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and entering the information collected into the company’s CRM (Salesforce) tool to support the CTI Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to develop new business prospects from multiple sources including LinkedIn, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! This role will support campaign execution, and pipeline management best practices by exemplifying the stewardship of leads and opportunities for CTI’s Sales Team.

Job Description:

• Become an expert in CTI Transportation services and be prepared to introduce our company to prospects
• Qualify all sales leads based on lead qualification criteria definitions
• Conduct a large volume of outbound calls to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company’s products and services
• Contact and qualify potential sales leads from a variety of other marketing campaigns, including trade shows, advertising, and website
• Daily integration with CRM to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
• Week day outbound calling from 9-6pm only, full time position with no weekend hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, demand generation or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong observation and researching skills
• Experience with Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
• Dynamic telephone presence
• A proven track record and passion for locating those who “want to learn more”
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
